The fifths, being at the end of the food chain, were jerked around yet again by last minute changes on Saturday morning because of unavailability’s in higher grades.

Anonymous writes "Whilst we bowled quite well, Mazenod were able to clock up 245 by batting out the overs 9 down. In the run chase we lost Father early, then Stern and Norts put on a 50 stand for the first wicket. Three quick wickets then saw us 4/99 at the tea break with Norts making 45. Chiff looked in good form and Nick Millen batted well for 30 odd. New player Ross McCorkell held the bottom end together for 20 odd plus the red ink. In the end we fell short at 174. "
